• Knowledge in scalable and fault-tolerant processes
• Deadline-driven and results-oriented

Responsibilities

• Develop operational SRE strategy and manage automation roadmap
• Develop automation solutions
• Partner with technology owners to optimize operational procedures
• Participate in new technology deployments focusing on automation
• Partner on control testing and audits for operational effectiveness
• Consult with risk leads on operational solutions design
• Develop KPIs for operational oversight
