Qualifications

• Minimum ten years experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or related field.
• Five years experience in a health care organization.
• Five years experience in an IT organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of multiple work streams by identifying needs and developing procedures.
• Promote self-leadership and learning in others through feedback and collaboration.
• Lead IT consultants in developing requirements for process or system solutions.
• Gather business requirements using various methodologies.
• Oversee development of business cases to assess costs and benefits.
• Lead evolution of applications and processes to desired future state.
• Map current state against future state processes.
• Define impact of requirements on solution components.
• Provide insight to management on integrating requirements with systems.
• Evaluate and prioritize opportunities for process enhancements.
• Lead solution design and translate requirements into workable solutions.
• Advocate for additional data or services for process design.
• Evaluate third-party vendors as directed.
• Drive continuous process improvement with standardized tools and processes.
