Seeking a Principal OpenShift Kubernetes Engineer to manage and optimize enterprise OpenShift clusters, automate infrastructure, and drive platform reliability and security.
Qualifications
- Red Hat OpenShift & Kubernetes administration (5+ years)
- Linux (RHEL), containers, and platform automation
- Ansible, Bash, Python and/or Go
- GitHub Actions, GitOps, and CI/CD workflows
- Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, AlertManager, and Thanos
- OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt)
- Enterprise networking, load balancing (F5/HAProxy), and cross-datacenter deployments
- Security hardening, IAM, compliance, and platform resilience
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise OpenShift clusters
- Automate infrastructure with Ansible, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code
- Drive platform reliability, scalability, and security
- Support multi-cluster, high-availability, and disaster recovery architectures
- Collaborate with application teams to improve deployments, observability, and performance
- Contribute to the evolution of Kubernetes platform strategy
