Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor engineers, setting best practices for full stack engineering
- Provide technical leadership across platform engineering initiatives
- Support development of platform strategy, roadmap, architecture, and design
- Design, build, and evolve modern platform capabilities
- Establish and promote engineering standards and reusable patterns
- Drive automation-first practices across lifecycle management
- Improve developer experience through self-service capabilities and standardised pipelines
- Partner with product owners and engineering teams
- Identify and remediate technical debt and risks
- Drive platform observability and performance engineering
- Proactively identify and act on current and future risks
