• Drive advances in technologies and architectures
• Create and manage project storyboards
• Elicit complex project requirements
• Document 'as is' and 'to be' processes
• Explore external developments and their impact
• Conduct feasibility studies
• Support Information Security in incident analysis
• Maintain knowledge of policies and regulations
• Recommend innovative technical developments
• Participate in assessment and development planning
• Develop business cases
• Use formal development framework for team development
• Design systems for fault isolation and resolution
• Monitor quality of system tests
• Improve Infrastructure Automation tooling
• Participate in after hours support
• Contribute to Knowledge Base and SOPs
• Onboard and train new team members
