Job summary
As a Principal Platform Engineer at Ray***, you will design, deploy, and modernize systems with a focus on Linux server administration and Kubernetes development.
Qualifications
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in STEM and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience with integration, cloud technologies, and containerization
- Proficiency in Linux development and microservices architecture
- Experience with automation frameworks such as Ansible or Chef
- Active and Current TS/SCI security clearance required
Responsibilities
- Design and implement system updates and upgrades
- Deploy, integrate, and support containerized platforms
- Architect, develop, and support build/test pipelines
- Provision platform, storage, and networking resources
- Collaborate in Technical Exchange Meetings and provide project status updates
- Mentor and assist engineers with tool usage and issue resolution
