Intellias is seeking a Principal Platform Engineer with extensive experience in Python and infrastructure tooling to design and build internal infrastructure platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python
• Solid understanding of on-premises infrastructure
• Experience with infrastructure as code
• Knowledge of containers and orchestration
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Experience with observability tools
• Strong understanding of security practices
• Effective collaboration and communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• English level B2

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and maintaining Python services and tooling
• Understanding engineering workflows to enhance platform features
• Replacing manual operations with self-service workflows
• Implementing observability through metrics and alerting
• Managing production issues end to end
• Scaling compute and storage provisions
• Integrating security measures into the platform
• Evaluating and incorporating new tools and patterns
