Job summary

The Principal DevOps / Platform Engineer is tasked with building and operating digital and data products in complex client environments. This role involves providing architectural frameworks, advocating for innovative technologies, and mentoring software engineers. Key responsibilities include influencing client technology strategies and ensuring quality through hands-on coaching and code reviews, utilizing tools such as Terraform, Istio, and AWS.

Qualifications

• Experience with Terraform, FLUX, Kyverno, Istio, Github Actions, Prometheus, OTEL
• Extensive experience with AWS and cloud platforms
• Experience with Docker, K8s, and EKS
• Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of information security and common attack vectors
• Experience in design and testing strategies for system evolution
• Understanding of data storage approaches and trade-offs
• Experience in a consulting environment with client engagements
