Job summary

The Private Cloud Infrastructure Architect will work closely with enterprise customers and Systems Integrators to design and validate VMware Cloud Foundation deployments, focusing on software-defined data centers and advanced networking solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven architecture expertise on VMware Cloud Foundation products
• Deep design and implementation experience with enterprise networking fabrics
• Experience managing Kubernetes-native networking constructs
• Mastery over enterprise-tier load balancing and traffic management
• Success working directly with enterprise customers
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Agility to work with multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience with industry specializations or thought leadership

Responsibilities

• Act as a core advisor for enterprise customers
• Design and integrate end-to-end data center networking fabrics
• Deliver resilient solution architectures for Kubernetes networking
• Architect high-availability application delivery networks
• Partner closely with field account teams and Systems Integrator partners
• Lead technical discovery sessions and architecture workshops
• Build and share reusable reference architectures
• Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscapes
