Seeking a Product Development Operations Director to drive operational excellence across Product and Engineering.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product operations, program management, or agile delivery
- 3+ years in a leadership role driving operational excellence
- Expertise in Agile/Lean methodologies
- Experience designing and implementing planning cadences
- Track record of leveraging automation and data analytics
- Hands-on experience with project management tools
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Responsibilities
- Design and own the operating cadence for product and engineering
- Drive portfolio-level planning processes
- Implement process improvements across the product development lifecycle
- Lead agile practices across product and engineering teams
- Manage the operational tech stack and tooling adoption
- Define and maintain product development metrics
- Serve as a connector between Product, Engineering, Design, Data, QA, and Business
