Job summary
The Product Owner for Infrastructure, Platform Engineering & AI is tasked with transforming internal infrastructure into a product by defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role involves building a self-service model through APIs, implementing AI-assisted workflows, and managing the product backlog while ensuring security and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Concrete experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or system administration
- Practical knowledge of REST APIs, OpenAPI, OAuth/OIDC
- Experience as Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or equivalent technical role
- Ability to transform complex problems into measurable outcomes
- Advanced proficiency in French and English
Responsibilities
- Transform internal infrastructure into a product
- Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal infrastructure platform
- Identify teams consuming the platform
- Evolve services from a ticket-based model to standardized self-service paths
- Establish a catalog of capabilities
- Promote an API-first approach
- Develop relevant capabilities into documented REST APIs
- Define autonomy levels with technical teams
- Ensure automated operations have safeguards
- Identify processes where AI reduces manual work
- Manage product roadmap and backlog
- Balance autonomy, security, and operations
- Define indicators demonstrating real progress
