Job summary

As a Product Release Manager, you will be the central point of contact for all stakeholders regarding software releases, managing status updates, KPIs, risks, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Experience in Release Management, DevOps, or similar technical area
• Understanding of software development processes
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI
• Knowledge of build, test, and deployment processes
• Experience in creating release notes and technical documentation
• Strong communication skills and ability to moderate decisions
• Structured and solution-oriented work approach

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder communication regarding software releases
• Plan and coordinate software releases across environments
• Create release plans and facilitate Go/No-Go decisions
• Enhance existing release processes for automation and quality
• Analyze and optimize CI/CD build, test, and deployment processes
• Prepare clear release notes and technical documentation
• Communicate effectively about upcoming and completed releases
• Visualize data and KPIs to derive improvement measures
