Qualifications

• Experience as a Production Reliability Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments
• Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS, billing, charging, or telecom platforms
• Strong production support and incident management experience
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and performance management tools
• Experience supporting cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments
• Experience with automation and scripting technologies
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and security requirements
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise systems

Responsibilities

• Support production reliability across BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments
• Support modernization initiatives for core banking, payments, citizen services, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, and telecom customer applications
• Monitor production systems and respond to incidents affecting service availability
• Lead root cause analysis and problem management activities
• Support telecom operations, network services, and customer-facing digital platforms
• Implement automation to reduce manual operational effort
• Monitor application performance, capacity, and service-level objectives
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives
