Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2019 or newer.
• Advanced experience with Active Directory administration.
• Working knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Ubuntu.
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and services.
• Experience with enterprise patch management and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience with tools like Ivanti and Rapid7.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with teams.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies.
• Experience providing technical leadership and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server 2019 and newer environments.
• Manage user access and network interface configuration.
• Administer Active Directory, including user management and GPO implementation.
• Support Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Ubuntu environments.
• Maintain infrastructure hosted in AWS environments.
• Manage operating system patching activities.
• Conduct vulnerability scanning and remediation activities.
• Develop and maintain project plans and deliverables.
• Provide regular project status updates.
• Coordinate across technical teams to ensure timely completion.
• Identify project risks and escalate issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate documentation for infrastructure and projects.
• Develop tracking tools and reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Serve as a primary technical point of contact.
• Monitor infrastructure environments for availability and security.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship.
