Job summary

Kairós is seeking a Project Manager to lead a migration project for automation tools and code repositories, focusing on defining the roadmap, coordinating teams, and ensuring a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience managing complex technology migrations and transversal programs
• High level of English (B2 / C1)
• Strong knowledge in DevOps and software lifecycle
• Proficiency in key tools
• Experience or knowledge in CodeQL/SAST, Secret Scanning, Dependabot, and Bash/Python development
• Familiarity with infrastructure and cloud environments

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration plan from Bitbucket and Jenkins to GitHub and GitHub Actions
• Define the migration roadmap and milestones
• Execute the pilot, validate stability, and industrialize migration
• Plan and coordinate teams for migration waves
• Manage support, training, and adoption assistance
• Control costs, promote standardization, and optimize processes
• Monitor progress, KPIs, and risks
• Maintain communication with technical and business stakeholders
