• 5+ years experience in at least two programming languages, preferably Python and Java.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services or technology firms.
• 3+ years experience with Language Models, transformers, and search algorithms.
• 3+ years experience with frameworks like Spring, Flask, and MLFlow.
• 3+ years experience with database technologies like Oracle and MongoDB.
• Experience with messaging platforms like Kafka.
• UI development skills with React JS or StreamLit.
• Experience designing REST and WebSocket APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of infrastructure tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Experience with high-performance distributed systems.
• Experience using AI coding assistants.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery and product management.
• Proven track record in producing high-quality project artifacts.
• Ability to drive design and implementation of scalable systems.
• Motivated self-starter with quick learning ability.
