Job summary

Contribute to modernizing operational tracking tools for a trading and asset-management operations team covering positions, trading pools, NAV calculations, reporting, compliance, and counterparty reconciliations. The role combines full-stack Python development with DevOps work using Jenkins CI/CD and AWS deployments, technical debt reduction, and operational continuity during a team member’s absence.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of development experience
• Expert-level full-stack Python skills
• Confirmed Jenkins CI/CD pipeline experience
• Advanced Oracle skills, including SQL, PL/SQL, and data models
• Advanced AWS skills
• Advanced Git skills
• Fluent English
• Experience in trading or asset management, preferably in operations or post-trade
• Knowledge of positions, NAV, reconciliations, and reporting
• Experience modernizing tools or addressing technical debt

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overhaul of operational tracking tools
• Provide technical and DevOps expertise, including Jenkins CI/CD and AWS deployments
• Help reduce technical debt
• Maintain team operations during a colleague’s absence
• Support business processes involving positions, NAV, reporting, and reconciliations
