Job summary
Experienced QA Automation Engineer responsible for establishing quality functions for the DialoX platform, developing automated test suites, and ensuring quality through CI/CD processes.
Qualifications
- experience in setting up test frameworks and automated test suites from scratch
- hands-on experience with test automation tools like Playwright, Cypress or similar solutions
- experience with API testing and automated regression tests
- knowledge of CI/CD processes and integrating tests within deployment pipelines
- strong programming skills and ability to read, write, and debug code
- experience with exploratory testing and risk analysis
- good communication skills in Dutch and English
Responsibilities
- develop and implement the test strategy for the DialoX platform
- set up and maintain automated regression and end-to-end tests for the platform and user interface
- build API tests and quality controls as part of the CI/CD pipeline
- develop test solutions for conversational AI, chatbot, and voicebot functionalities
- contribute to effective testing and evaluation methods for AI and LLM-driven functionalities
- establish release validations and quality controls around deployments
- perform risk-based and exploratory testing of new functionalities
- document test standards, tools, and procedures for the organization
- collaborate with developers, BubbleScript engineers, Product Owners, and DevOps colleagues to integrate quality from design
- coach colleagues on test automation and quality improvement
