Qualifications
- 7+ years in software testing and test automation
- Strong programming skills in C# and Python
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks
- Experience with desktop UI automation technologies
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD platforms
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to validate engine/solver outputs
- Proactive mindset with a passion for improving software quality
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the automation strategy for the software's desktop application testing
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks
- Establish automation standards and best practices
- Automate validation of water modelling workflows
- Create and maintain regression test suites
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor and coach junior team members
- Contribute to QE Centre of Excellence
- Collaborate with developers and quality engineers
- Support release readiness activities
