Job summary
The QA Lead & Automation Engineer role is centered on establishing and executing the test automation strategy within the Archiving Technology domain. Responsibilities include standardizing the Test Automation Framework, mentoring junior Quality Engineers, and employing tools like Selenium, Serenity, and JMeter for comprehensive testing across various layers of the product.

Qualifications
- Experience of defining and implementing Test Automation strategies in large IT organisations
- Thorough understanding of TDD and BDD techniques
- Understanding of Automated design patterns
- Significant experience of following tools
- Demonstrable experience of defining Non-Functional Requirements
- Good working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint online, O365, ServiceNow
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools
Responsibilities
- Standardisation, Continuous Improvement & Maintenance of Test Automation Framework
- Standard automation test approach to test the different layers of the Product
- Automated Test Automation Dashboards for Archiving Tech
- Coach and mentor the junior Quality Engineers
- Knowledge sharing of approach and solution to Test Automation issues/challenges
- Standardising the definition of Non-Financial Risk (NFR) & related performance Testing approach
