The Software R&D Intern focuses on designing and implementing an automated Quality Assurance and regression testing framework for complex engineering software applications. Key responsibilities include developing automated test solutions that integrate with Jenkins, creating test suites, and collaborating with development teams to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience programming in C#, Python, Java, or C++
• Familiarity with software development principles and Git
• Understanding of software testing concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for desktop and/or web-based applications
• Create automated functional, integration, and regression test suites
• Integrate automated test execution into Jenkins build pipelines
• Develop scripts and tools for test automation
• Analyze test results and collaborate with development teams
• Implement dashboards for software quality metrics
• Improve test automation infrastructure
