Job summary
The Infrastructure / DevOps Lead coordinates technical activities across development, infrastructure, architecture, and operations teams in a SAFe Agile program. The role includes gathering and challenging requirements, prioritizing the technical backlog, writing user stories, participating in PI Planning, and improving deployment and CI/CD practices. Relevant technologies and domains include Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, modern application architectures, and APIs.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of DevOps environments
- Knowledge of Kubernetes
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD and/or Jenkins
- Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment pipelines
- Knowledge of modern application architectures and APIs
- Experience with Agile frameworks, ideally SAFe
- Ability to manage a technical backlog and facilitate workshops
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Expertise in infrastructure/DevOps and coordination of cross-functional technical work
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and challenge technical requirements
- Manage and prioritize the infrastructure and DevOps backlog
- Write and track technical user stories
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and PI Planning
- Coordinate development, architecture, and operations teams
- Support deployment and CI/CD industrialization
- Contribute to platform and DevOps tool decisions
- Ensure the quality and consistency of implemented solutions
- Track progress indicators and report to program leads
