Job summary
The Regional Network Engineer supports and maintains network infrastructure across regional terminal operations, ensuring reliable services for critical business and terminal systems. The role resolves incidents through ServiceNow, executes network changes, secures and monitors network configurations, troubleshoots with global teams and vendors, and maintains topology and application communication documentation. It also contributes to network modernization and standardization across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and operational technology environments.

Qualifications
- Expertise in networking technologies, architectures, and industry standards.
- Experience designing and implementing secure LAN, WAN, and WLAN solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco environments and CCNA certification; CCNP preferred.
- Experience supporting operational technology networks; Siemens Scalance knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience with security technologies, including firewalls.
- Troubleshooting experience with Wireshark or similar diagnostic tools.
- Experience with Cisco Prime, SolarWinds, Zabbix, or equivalent monitoring platforms.
- Experience working with vendors, third-party providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience reviewing and planning physical network topologies and infrastructure architectures.
- Knowledge of wireless technologies, including 802.11 and Private LTE.
Responsibilities
- Ensure availability, stability, and performance of regional terminal networks.
- Resolve network incidents and service requests within agreed service levels using ServiceNow and other service management tools.
- Execute global network change programs while minimizing service disruption.
- Maintain secure network configurations aligned with policies and security requirements.
- Use monitoring tools to track network performance and support proactive operations.
- Troubleshoot network and communication issues with global teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Create and maintain network flow diagrams, topology documentation, and application communication documentation.
