Job summary

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer role is centered on driving architectural modernization and implementing standards for a hybrid cloud datacenter model. Key responsibilities include migrating legacy on-premises workloads to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automation, and ensuring adherence to SRE principles while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Powershell and/or Python scripting and project coordination/management.
• Experience managing projects using tools like Jira, GitHub, or Kanban.
• Ability to identify and create process automation.
• Experience establishing and creating reports.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine configuration tasks following established procedures.
• Work with others to understand basic requirements.
• Track project progress and report on status.
• Develop basic scripts for automation.
• Contribute to the configuration management database.
• Monitor basic release metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
