Job summary

The Release Engineer/Release Manager will manage end-to-end software releases across various environments, ensuring deployment readiness and facilitating collaboration among multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise software releases across multiple environments
• Strong understanding of release governance and change management
• Experience coordinating releases across SIT, UAT, PPT, and Production environments
• Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, and CI/CD coordination
• Strong understanding of deployment gating and release controls
• Experience managing release artefacts and hypercare activities
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Experience with Salesforce release environments
• Exposure to Salesforce Core and Commerce environments
• Experience using SFDX, GitLab, Terraform, Jira, and Confluence
• Hands-on deployment automation experience
• Experience supporting rollback strategies and release orchestration
• Experience in Agile delivery environments

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end release activities across SIT, UAT, PPT, and Production environments
• Coordinate release planning, scheduling, deployment activities, and execution
• Maintain release scope control and code freeze management
• Coordinate branching strategies and CI/CD activities using GitLab and Jenkins
• Manage release approvals and governance processes
• Prepare release artefacts and deployment documentation
• Facilitate Go/No-Go meetings and support hypercare activities
• Coordinate delivery, testing, DevOps, platform, operations, and security teams
• Support Salesforce release processes across Core and Commerce platforms
• Manage sandbox promotion strategies and deployment controls
• Support deployment automation and release risk mitigation
• Drive continuous improvement in release management practices
