• completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
• practical experience in Requirements Engineering, Requirements Management, System Engineering, or Software Engineering
• knowledge in Platform Engineering or DevOps Engineering
• experience in building and operating CI/CD pipelines
• familiarity with virtualization solutions like VMware vSphere, XCP-ng, VirtualBox, or Hyper-V
• experience with modern container technologies like Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes
• familiarity with methods and tools of Requirements Management
• preferably certified by IREB
• structured, analytical, and solution-oriented work style
• strong communication skills and ability to convey complex technical issues
• enjoy working in agile teams and continuously learning new technologies

Responsibilities

• translate customer requirements into technical specifications for software development teams
• analyze, document, and gather requirements for complex software projects
• develop technical concepts and support innovative software solutions
• conduct reviews of requirements and concepts, providing technical expertise
• support agile teams in creating and implementing EPICs and technical requirements
• continuously improve methods and processes in Requirements Engineering
• perform reverse engineering of software requirements
• establish requirement structures and maintain the requirements database
• ensure traceability of requirements, implementation, and testing
• assist in defining testable requirements and deriving suitable test cases
