Job summary
The RPA Platform Administrator oversees the administration, support, and optimization of UiPath and WorkFusion platforms, ensuring stability and efficient automation operations. Key responsibilities include managing UiPath Orchestrator, providing L2/L3 support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with security policies across various environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of RPA platform admin and engineering
- 3+ years administering UiPath and/or WorkFusion
- Experience in enterprise-grade RPA environments
- Understanding of incident and change management
- Experience in regulated environments like BFSI
- Programming skills in Python, Java, or NodeJS
- AWS cloud skills related to RPA platforms
Responsibilities
- Administer and support UiPath Orchestrator and Robots
- Manage WorkFusion Control Tower and Digital Workers
- Provide L2/L3 support for environments
- Troubleshoot platform issues and bot failures
- Ensure platform availability and health
- Manage bot deployments across environments
- Monitor bot performance and processing volumes
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and implement measures
- Create dashboards for operational monitoring
- Support migration and upgrade projects
