This client-facing role requires deep hands-on experience with enterprise-scale Data Cloud deployments, focusing on identity resolution strategies and technical governance standards.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Architecture, Data Cloud, Marketing/CPRS domain knowledge
• Deep hands-on experience with enterprise-scale Data Cloud deployments in retail or consumer-facing industries

Responsibilities

• Design the end-to-end Data Cloud solution architecture
• Define the identity resolution strategy for a multi-source retail environment
• Configure and validate match rule thresholds in Data Cloud
• Design the data ingestion architecture
• Establish technical governance standards for the offshore delivery team
• Lead technical solutioning sessions with client IT, data engineering, and analytics stakeholders
• Own resolution quality benchmarking
• Monitor and control Data Cloud credit consumption
