Job summary
Gallagher is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to lead enterprise-scale customer engagement and data activation initiatives, driving architecture strategy and solution design across marketing and digital ecosystems.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem
- 4+ years in an Architect role
- Track record of delivering a full-scale Data Cloud implementation
- Background in data architecture and relational databases
- Knowledge of AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and SFMC API suite
- Experience with Data Streams, Data Mapping, Identity Resolution
- Understanding of MC Connect and API-based integrations
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and JavaScript for cloud pages
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture for SFMC and Data Cloud
- Define data models and ETL processes
- Design integrations between Data Cloud, SFMC, Sales/Service Cloud, and external data lakes
- Architect solutions using Marketing Cloud Personalization and Data Cloud Actuations
- Monitor and optimize performance of Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud
- Configure Identity Resolution rules within Data Cloud
- Establish best practices for data privacy and security protocols
- Act as a subject matter expert for stakeholders
