Job summary
Architects enterprise-scale Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions for end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes. The role defines architecture and technical governance for CPQ, Billing, Subscription Management, and Revenue Lifecycle Management, including product catalogs, pricing, and billing models. It also shapes integrations with enterprise financial systems and guides teams through implementation, deployment, and production support.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience with strong Revenue Cloud expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management.
- Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash, Contract-to-Cash, and Revenue Recognition processes.
- Expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, integrations, security, and scalability.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP, Oracle ERP, NetSuite, or other enterprise financial systems.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and API-based integrations.
- Stakeholder management and solution design skills.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data, security, integration, and deployment architecture.
Responsibilities
- Architect Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions for end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Define architecture for CPQ, Billing, Subscription Management, and Revenue Lifecycle Management.
- Design product catalogs, pricing and discounting strategies, approval processes, and billing models.
- Lead technical governance, solution reviews, architecture assessments, and technical decisions.
- Define integrations between Salesforce and ERP, finance, billing, tax, and payment systems.
- Design scalable, secure, compliant, high-performing implementations.
- Align Salesforce architecture with enterprise business requirements.
- Mentor development teams and establish implementation and development best practices.
- Collaborate with business, technical, and finance stakeholders and external vendors.
- Provide technical guidance through design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
