Job summary
Triple Point is seeking a Salesforce Solution & DevOps Architect to lead the in-house Business Systems team, focusing on Salesforce solution design, development, and DevOps capabilities.

Qualifications
- Strong, hands-on Salesforce development across configuration and code
- Proven Salesforce DevOps and release engineering
- Experience acting as a release owner/gatekeeper
- Test and QA engineering
- Solution design across multiple clouds
- Strong data and regulatory knowledge
- Setting standards and frameworks and mentoring a development team
- Experience assuring or governing third-party/partner delivery
- Financial services/regulatory industry experience
- Change management and Jira experience
Responsibilities
- Own the Salesforce DevOps and release capability end to end
- Act as the release gate and controller
- Define and implement the QA approach
- Own metadata and version-control discipline
- Manage and improve change and release workflows in Jira
- Provide solution design and decisioning across Sales, Service and Experience Cloud
- Uphold data protection, security and regulatory requirements
- Set and uphold development, DevOps and QA frameworks
- Provide technical assurance over the delivery partner's build
- Build and configure hands-on across the platform
- Support incidents, change-linked fixes and access/permission work
