Job summary

Client seeks a Scrum Master to support three squads in deploying a marketplace and automation. The Scrum Master will structure Agile organization, coach Product Owners, and facilitate squad coordination.

Qualifications

• Experienced Scrum Master capable of supporting multiple squads and their Product Owners in a high-volume Agile environment
• Proficient in Scrum, Jira, and Confluence
• Strong facilitator and coach
• Experience in DevOps, Cloud, Marketplace, or IT platforms preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives
• Coach Product Owners
• Assist PO in structuring, managing, and prioritizing backlogs
• Implement and evolve Agile processes at scale
• Contribute to PI Planning and Train operations
• Facilitate coordination among three squads
• Support budget tracking and workload planning
• Define and monitor project schedules
• Ensure communication with stakeholders
• Guarantee visibility on project and backlog progress
• Prepare and facilitate COPROJ and COPIL meetings
• Identify blockers and assist teams in resolution
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Agile practices
• Participate in enhancing service offerings
