Responsibilities

• conduct complex fault rectification of incidents
• support Problem Management
• conduct reactive and proactive maintenance
• respond to escalations from 2nd Line Engineers
• conduct advanced troubleshooting
• develop technical solutions to complex issues
• liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• ensure adherence to SLA levels
• maintain and create documentation of system configuration changes
• assist in configuration, installation, and deployment of infrastructure components
• engage in infrastructure-related projects
