Job summary

The Senior Active Directory & Infrastructure Engineer manages and improves enterprise directory services and distributed infrastructure across an international environment, ensuring security, availability, and operational continuity. The role includes administering complex Active Directory forests and trusts, DNS, DHCP, NPS, RADIUS, and Certificate Authorities; resolving L2/L3 issues; implementing security and patching improvements; and automating operations.

• 5–8 years of Infrastructure Engineering experience, including at least 3 years with Distributed Services or Active Directory.
• Experience administering, migrating, and consolidating Active Directory environments, including multiple forests and trusts.
• Knowledge of internal and external DNS, DHCP, NPS, and RADIUS.
• Experience with Certificate Authorities and certificate management.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with scripting and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of infrastructure security.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory environments, including migrations, forests, trusts, and domain consolidation.
• Administer DNS, DHCP, NPS, RADIUS, and Certificate Authorities.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and connectivity issues and provide L2/L3 support.
• Implement security improvements, patching, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure changes.
• Automate operational tasks using scripting and automation tools.
• Monitor service availability and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Collaborate with international infrastructure, networking, and security teams.
• Support directory services, remote access, and infrastructure evolution.
