Job summary

As a Senior Advanced Software Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace, you will utilize your expertise in Atlassian tools and DevOps practices to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions while enabling secure CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software systems.
• Lead integration, administration, and customization of Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.
• Design and operate CI/CD pipelines integrating source control, build, test, security scanning, and artifact management tools.
• Manage and support artifact repositories using Artifactory.
• Integrate and administer code quality and security tools such as SonarQube, Black Duck Hub, and Coverity.
• Automate workflows, reporting, and dashboards across DevOps and DevSecOps tools.
• Collaborate with development, security, and infrastructure teams to embed security and quality checks early in the SDLC.
• Troubleshoot CI/CD, build, and deployment issues across environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for DevOps and CI/CD.
• Stay current with emerging DevOps, DevSecOps, and AI-assisted development technologies.
