Build MLOps processes and AI infrastructure on Azure, delivering impactful AI solutions for the construction industry.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as MLOps / ML Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience across the ML lifecycle.
• Significant contribution to at least one company or project for 2+ years, delivering AI infrastructure in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Azure, writing clean, reusable, well-tested code.
• Experience with NLP, Image Processing, generative AI, and OCR as part of daily business.
• Fluent in German (minimum B2) and English (C1) for communication with customers and colleagues.
• Leadership ambition with a hands-on approach, willing to code and not just present.
• Operationally strong and strategically clear, focusing on customer impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead MLOps processes: Build and operate infrastructure for reliable, scalable, and secure AI systems on Azure.
• Align technical initiatives with customer needs, support Sales and Product, drive measurable impact.
• Design and implement advanced features for AI-driven Supply-Chain OS in collaboration with Engineering and Product.
• Integrate ML models and data pipelines smoothly into production systems.
• Improve accuracy, efficiency, and uncertainty estimation of existing AI features through rigorous testing.
• Maintain scalability and maintainability of AI solutions and build new ones.
• Establish and enforce high standards in practices, tooling, and processes.
