Senior AI-ML Platform Engineer / Tech Lead (all genders)

Job summary

Lead a team in building and evolving the AI/ML platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices while tackling complex engineering challenges.

Qualifications

• 8 or more years in software or platform engineering
• 2 years with large language model operations (LLMOps) in production
• hands-on experience with LLM/API gateway technologies
• experience with cloud-native technologies on AWS and/or Azure
• proficiency in backend services using Python
• experience with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD tooling
• familiarity with observability and monitoring tools in AI/ML
• experience with identity and access management technologies
• ability to lead engineers and drive platform quality
