Job summary
Designs, develops, integrates, secures, and deploys enterprise AI solutions across their full lifecycle, translating customer and mission requirements into reliable, maintainable capabilities. The role builds applications using large language models, generative AI, and retrieval-augmented generation with enterprise data, integrating APIs and cloud infrastructure while applying cybersecurity and Responsible AI practices. It also evaluates model results, monitors performance and costs, and supports production deployment.

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance if required.
- Current CompTIA Security+ certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mathematics with a concentration in Computer Science.
- At least three years of professional experience in computer design, software development, computer networks, or related technical work.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance AI applications and enterprise solutions.
- Translate customer and mission requirements into effective AI solutions.
- Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications, systems, data sources, and workflows.
- Design and implement RAG solutions using enterprise data and knowledge sources.
- Develop and manage APIs and services connecting AI models, applications, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Provision, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure for AI workloads.
- Implement security controls and safeguards for AI systems and sensitive information.
- Apply Responsible AI practices, including accuracy, transparency, privacy, reliability, and human oversight.
- Evaluate AI platforms, models, tools, architectures, and generated results.
- Monitor and optimize model and application performance, availability, resource use, and operating costs.
- Troubleshoot application, model, integration, infrastructure, data, and performance issues.
- Participate in source control, code review, testing, configuration management, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
- Maintain technical documentation for architecture, data flows, interfaces, security, deployment, and operations.
- Support prototypes and proofs of concept and transition successful solutions into production.
- Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
