Job summary

The Senior Airflow/Cloud Engineer focuses on workload automation, responsible for performance, efficiency, and monitoring of platforms like Control-M, Automic, and Google Cloud Composer. Requires proficiency in Python and experience in API integration and orchestration.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Workload automation tooling, preferably Apache Airflow, Control-M, and/or Google Cloud Composer
  • Experience in developing guidelines for Airflow clusters and DAGs
  • Experience with installing, configuring, and monitoring Airflow clusters
  • Understanding of Airflow REST services and integration
  • Hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform using GCP services like Terraform and BigQuery

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate technological expertise in Airflow, Google Cloud Platform, Control-M, and Automic
  • Contribute to the integration of Apache Airflow into the IT landscape
  • Design and implement improvements or replacements for existing processes
  • Integrate, configure, upgrade, and maintain Workload Automation products
  • Design concepts and identify automation opportunities
  • Possess relevant Airflow or Workload Automation architecture experience
