Job summary
Four Seasons is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Analyst – DevOps to support software releases across digital platforms, ensuring reliable deployments and platform stability.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years in a technical role supporting software delivery or release management
- Experience planning, coordinating, and managing software releases
- Experience supporting software releases and CI/CD processes
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience working with Engineering teams on enhancements and defect resolution
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with environment management and QA validation
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end release execution across environments for digital platforms
- Validate release readiness, including quality thresholds and environment stability
- Coordinate deployment activities and release schedules
- Monitor deployments for real-time issue detection and triage
- Track and report release health metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Identify patterns impacting deployment reliability and contribute to remediation actions
- Maintain backlog tracking and release documentation in JIRA and Confluence
