Job summary

As a Senior API DevOps Application Engineer within the Design Team, you will design and develop scalable integration solutions on the Azure Platform, focusing on fostering an API Platform culture across NN International.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in API design and development
• Strong expertise in REST and SOAP web services
• Proven experience with Azure PaaS services
• Solid knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with API Management platforms and API Governance frameworks
• Strong understanding of integration architectures and mediation patterns
• Experience implementing secure, resilient, and scalable solutions
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to take ownership and make informed technical decisions
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Experience mentoring and supporting technical teams

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend service components integrated with Azure PaaS
• Design and develop solutions within the API Platform and Mediation Layer initiatives
• Define, implement, and promote API Governance standards
• Design integration solutions leveraging APIs, Events, and modern integration patterns
• Design robust, scalable, and reusable web service solutions
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP services
• Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Ensure quality, security, observability, and reliability throughout the application lifecycle
• Promote DevOps best practices and cloud engineering standards
