Qualifications

• Bachelor's and nine (9) or relevant years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• US Citizen with Active Top Secret Clearance, able to obtain TS/SCI.
• Minimum of 7 years managing Apple devices in enterprise IT environments.
• Expertise in Apple device management platforms like Jamf Pro.
• Knowledge of Apple security features and their management.
• Experience with large-scale macOS/iOS deployments.
• Ability to secure devices according to compliance requirements.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals related to Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage the Apple platform infrastructure (macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS) within a classified, high-security government environment.
• Lead technical initiatives to deploy, configure, and maintain Apple hardware and software at scale.
• Develop and deploy scalable solutions using enterprise management tools such as Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager.
• Implement compliance frameworks for Apple platforms according to government-mandated policies.
• Maintain lifecycle management of the Apple ecosystem, including updates and security configurations.
• Create customized scripts for automation and configuration management tasks.
• Troubleshoot complex MacOS and iOS issues across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams for security audits and incident response.
• Document workflows and technical designs for clear communication.
• Monitor Apple device adherence to security policies.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in Apple technologies and compliance requirements.
