Job summary

Experienced Application Developer / Cloud Engineer to support U.S. Navy cloud platform delivery efforts on-site in Norfolk, VA. Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure software applications and automated pipelines within classified government enclaves.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in software development or system analysis.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and ECS.
• Active professional-level AWS certifications required.
• Active IAT Level II certification required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Navy personnel and stakeholders in high-security facilities.
• Design, write, test, and debug secure cloud-native applications using Java and Python.
• Deploy and manage scalable workloads in AWS environments.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployments.
• Develop reusable infrastructure configurations using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Ensure compliance with DoD STIGs and Navy ATO requirements.
