The AWS Connect Developer is tasked with designing, developing, implementing, and supporting cloud-based contact center solutions utilizing Amazon Connect and the AWS platform. This role involves creating and managing contact flows, developing integrations with CRM systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, and implementing automation solutions to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Amazon Connect
- Extensive experience with AWS services
- Extensive experience with contact center standards and systems
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Amazon Connect contact centre solutions
- Create and manage contact flows, customer journeys, routing profiles, queues, and agent experiences
- Develop inbound, outbound, callback, chatbot, webchat, email, and messaging solutions
- Configure and support Contact Lens, Wisdom, Tasks, Cases, and Customer Profiles capabilities
- Implement contact centre automation and self-service solutions
- Develop integrations between Amazon Connect and enterprise systems
- Implement CTI and screen-pop functionality where required
- Develop serverless applications
- Create Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Implement conversational AI and virtual assistant integrations
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Apply AWS security best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and platform issues
- Act as a technical lead for development workstreams
