Job summary

The Senior Azure Cloud Systems Administrator is tasked with managing the daily operations and health of hybrid-cloud infrastructure, focusing on both cloud and on-premise server administration. Key responsibilities include automating resource management with Terraform, overseeing Azure storage solutions, configuring secure virtual networks, and maintaining Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters, while ensuring compliance with security protocols and providing technical support to users.

Qualifications

• Clearance Required: Secret
• Understanding of storage and disaster recovery principles
• Experience with Azure Monitor and alert rules
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and RBAC
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Cloud
• Experience with Azure Cost Management
• Hands-on experience with Azure Update Management
• Willingness to relocate within 75 miles of Redstone Arsenal
