Senior Azure DevOps Consultant (M/F)

Job summary

The Senior Azure DevOps Consultant is tasked with designing, implementing, and managing Azure cloud solutions while adhering to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices. Responsibilities include deploying Azure infrastructures using Terraform, ARM, and Ansible, integrating CI/CD best practices, and ensuring security and compliance for Azure resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with specific expertise in Azure environments
• Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts
• Experience in designing and implementing Azure landing zones and Enterprise@Scale frameworks
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
• In-depth knowledge of Azure services (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service, etc.)
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Azure infrastructures using Terraform, ARM and Ansible
• Implement Infrastructure as Code practices to ensure repeatability, traceability and deployment efficiency
• Participate in defining and implementing the Azure landing zone and Enterprise@scale Framework
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD best practices
• Monitor system performance and optimise operations using monitoring tools
• Participate in incident management and propose solutions to improve availability and resilience
• Implement security and compliance policies for Azure resources
