Job summary

Makai Labs is seeking a Senior Azure Platform / DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain cloud platforms for clients using Azure and Terraform.

Qualifications

• Proven Azure experience.
• Strong Azure networking skills.
• Expertise in Terraform on Azure.
• Experience with Azure Container Registry and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Azure data services.
• Familiarity with Entra ID and RBAC.
• Ability to communicate clearly in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Stand up new platforms from scratch: network, compute, data, and the pipeline.
• Make architecture decisions and implement them.
• Run high-risk migrations.
• Maintain platform health over time.
• Collaborate with client DevOps engineers.
