Job summary
The Senior Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer builds, operates, and improves secure, resilient infrastructure supporting business and customer services in a regulated financial-services environment. The role emphasizes network engineering across cloud and physical environments, including VNets, subnets, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls, and connectivity, as well as infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, security, and automation using Infrastructure as Code and scripting.

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in networking, cloud, and infrastructure engineering, with strong networking fundamentals
- Knowledge of VPNs, VNets, subnets, Private Link Networking, and VLANs
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting production cloud infrastructure
- Experience supporting secure, resilient, and highly available environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure and network layers
- Infrastructure automation or Infrastructure as Code experience is advantageous
- Experience in financial services, fintech, payments, lending, or another regulated environment is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills and a practical, team-oriented approach
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, operate, and improve secure, scalable, and resilient cloud and infrastructure environments
- Lead networking across virtual networks, subnets, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls, and cloud-to-physical connectivity
- Support cloud platforms, physical infrastructure, and networking services
- Monitor infrastructure health and performance and resolve complex issues
- Identify automation opportunities for infrastructure provisioning and configuration
- Embed security, resilience, and compliance in infrastructure design and operations
- Collaborate with technology teams to deliver reliable end-to-end solutions
- Contribute to technical documentation, engineering standards, and infrastructure transformation
