Senior Cloud / DevOps Engineer

Job summary

The Senior Cloud / DevOps Engineer is tasked with ensuring the health, security, and evolution of the AWS infrastructure that supports trading services and internal systems. Responsibilities include designing multi-account AWS environments using Terraform, managing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, and implementing robust cloud security measures such as least-privilege IAM and CSPM tooling like Wiz.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience designing, building and operating production AWS workloads
• Expert-level Terraform
• Strong GitHub Actions experience
• A genuine software engineering background in at least one general-purpose language
• Demonstrable cloud security engineering
• Experience automating compliance evidence against ISO 27001, SOC 2 and the AWS Well-Architected Framework
• A track record leading incidents and post-incident reviews
• Clear communication skills
• Availability for an on-call rotation and occasional out-of-hours maintenance
