Job summary

Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer responsible for building, developing, and maintaining database services in cloud environments on Microsoft Azure and AWS.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in database, platform, and cloud environments.
• Experience in architecture and operation of cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
• Knowledge in Infrastructure as Code and automation tools like Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Ansible, and Git.
• Experience in planning and executing complex database migrations.
• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and good English skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relational and non-relational database services in cloud environments.
• Administer, maintain, and optimize database platforms, especially Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
• Design and implement automation solutions and CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead complex migration projects and transform existing solutions.
• Ensure implementation of backup, recovery, and security concepts.
• Conduct performance analyses and troubleshoot technical issues.
